Split your dessert

This is a trick that my wife and I use to save some money (and some calories!) We order a dessert but split it. Two forks, half the calories. “Lemon Passion” was our dessert today at Macaroni Grill, in celebration of my first Father’s Day :)

    Good point nickel … I’d say we do that about half the time … other times the temptation gets the better of us …

    Or as the table cards at our local barbecue place Red, Hot, & Blue says:

    “Don’t Worry — All of the Calories are Empty.”

    ;)
