Uh-oh.

I saw “REDUCED” on a Century 21 for-sale sign today!

Yeah, it’s September, so we might be getting out of the peak selling season. Or maybe someone’s getting a tad anxious and needs to sell now? But why? Doesn’t real estate go up double digits all the time? Don’t they have a line of buyers offering more than they’re asking?

My best friend’s neighbor is trying to sell his house for TWICE what my friend paid for his only a couple of years ago. Well, that for-sale sign’s still there. Maybe he’ll put “REDUCED” on his, too.
