Thrift store finds

April 23rd, 2006 | by mbhunter |

We recently took our daughter to an allergist, and we found out that she was allergic to a bunch of common things.

Meaning: Our food bills just went up a bit.

Bread that our daughter could eat was $4 a loaf!

So, we started looking for a bread machine. We picked up a Hitachi Automatic Home Bakery II, without user’s manual, for $5. The manual is $10 + handling from Hitachi :)
I also picked up a Scrabble 50th Anniversary game for $2. The tiles are in great shape and probably will sell nicely on eBay.
