Good customer service from Singer

May 14th, 2006 | by mbhunter |

We got a Singer serger (a sewing machine that sews, finishes, and cuts seams at the same time) as a demonstration model from Wal-Mart for $85.

It had no instruction manual and was missing the tool set (a screwdriver, tweezers, extra needles, etc.)  Singer sent these to us, free of charge.
