Here are some interesting articles from the personal finance blogosphere for this week:
- Flexo (pictured here with a backdrop of about $14.7 quintillion in real estate) chats about the benefits of otherwise boring banking stocks.
- Nickel tires of the rebate retention game.
- FMF likes what Michelle Singletary has to say.
- JLP discusses the benefits of learning a trade. (A very good thing to do IMO.)
- Jim lists state tourism websites. (Great way to save gas while getting away!)
- Jane looks at the light and creamy side of a nightmare tenant.
- Freedumb takes saving gas one step further.
- Stacy has a fresh philosophy on money.
- And finally, MoneyDummy will never make apple butter.
Enjoy!

Thanks for the link up as always! I like the advice on learning a trade from JLP too…having knowledge of a trade on top of your normal “work” is probably a great security blanket. If it’s a hobby trade…It’s fun and that much better, and you just never know what the future holds…
