Money carnivals for this week

August 24th, 2006 | by mbhunter |

This week’s blog carnivals dealing with personal finance, debt reduction, business, frugality, and investing are up.

Next week, the 50th Carnival of Debt Reduction will be here!  I have a request (totally voluntary) for those who submit a post for next week’s carnival:

  • If you are blogging about your personal debt reduction and would like to share some statistics about how much you’ve paid down — how much consumer debt your started with and how much you’ve paid to date — please let me know.
  • If you were once in debt but aren’t anymore, please let me know how much you paid off.
  • If you have never carried consumer debt, please let me know that as well.

My only purpose for this is to give congratulations and encouragement for all of your discipline and good sense.  If you prefer not to tell me then that’s fine — that alone will not affect your inclusion in the carnival.  I have a couple of web sources I can check out and will post this info if I can find it, but if you haven’t made it public and would like to let the carnival readers know, then let me know!
