It's all based on video, but it's used to get Apple their great results. Their store concept has really paided off. Not sure how high it is on creepy factor though... I'm all for companies using video to curb shop-lifting - after all, honest people have to pay more when people steal. But IR BEAMS TRACKING ME?!?! That is some scary stuff.
