Obsession times five

Stumble it! Tip it! Facebook it! | 04/22/07

I’ve done been tagged by JLP of All Financial Matters (as opposed to JPL of NASA) to come up with five things with which I’m obsessed.

  • Caffeine.  Any form will do:  liquid, solid, gas, electronic, virtual.  My favorite sources of late are 7-11 Fusion Coffee and Diet Pepsi Jazz.
  • Music.  Most kinds, with a special affinity for jazz, “pretty songs,” and 70s stuff with big horn sections.  I also love playing in my church’s worship team.
  • Deals.  I went yard saling this morning for the first time in a while.  What a rush!  I get a lot looser with my wallet with deals at yard sales.
  • Making money and talking about money.   The idea with this one is that my gears get turning with money-making ventures, even though I might not personally profit by it.  If I see an opportunity for someone, I’ll tell them.  I love spotting opportunities for myself as well.  I also love chatting about money with other folks.  My wife calls it “talking cha-ching” with people.
  • And most importantly, my family.  As in my beautiful, wonderful wife and our beautiful, wonderful two-year-old daughter.  This is a good obsession, really!!

Oh, who to tag?  How about Henry over at Binary Dollar?  Or maybe Money Dummy?
