To date, they have never applied ANY of my ebay purchases to my MyPoints account and they have lost my last (2) 5000 point Hilton awards. As of 9/19/07, Hilton has informed me that Hilton will no longer be offering support for failed MyPoints transfers. Since MyPoints has no phone numer like a typical scumbag eBusinesses, and refuses to answer any of my emails, I am considering legal action. They have also stopped sending point offers by email, yet my account remains open. I cannot be the first person they have done this to. They owe me hundreds of thousands of points and I can easily document every click and every purchase - not to mention all of my future purchases.
