Festival of Frugality #113 will be here next Tuesday

It’s been a while since I’ve hosted the Festival of Frugality; the last time was Festival #25 on May 30th, 2006. Jim started the Festival shortly after I started the Carnival of Debt Reduction and his blog carnival has grown to become quite popular. If this week’s Festival is any guide, I’ll be looking at close to 100 submissions, which is amazing!
