Link roundup: 100 Pushups Edition

June 23rd, 2008 | by mbhunter |

A big thank-you to Karen Datko of Smart Spending on MSN MoneyCentral for including my post on ways that being fat costs money. She also featured my new blog, Deflabbify, in that post, and over there I committed to take the 100 Pushup Challenge along with some blogging friends like Jim, NCN, Flexo, JD, Nickel, and Lazy Man, because after all, pain loves company. ;)

Here are some links of interest from the MBN and other blogs in my reader:

Thanks to The Simple Dollar for including my gas guzzler backfire post in his June 18th roundup!

Have a great week!

Great roundup! Thanks for the mention. I’m working up to the pushup challenge as well–should be good therapy for my recovering shoulder (had rotator cuff surgery last year).

I think I just recovered enough (after 4 days) to reattempt the week 1 day 1 routine. I didn’t realize how out of shape I got.

Good luck with your deflabbification process.
