I had a buyer swear they didn't get an item so I resent another one and had to certify it. When I went to check their feedback, they had it set up where you can't leave negatives and it's all set to private. SO HOW CAN I TELL IF THIS NITWIT IS DOING THIS TO EVERYONE? I can't. There just are too many people with too much time on their hands, to allow an equitable system to stand in the eBay context.
