We’ve battened down the hatches for Hanna as much as we’re probably going to, so now all we’re doing is waiting.  It’s likely we’ll lose power so I hope you’ll forgive me if the Carnival of Debt Reduction is a bit late.

In the meantine here are a few deals for services that I like and use:

• MyPoints is offering double points again for purchases on eBay.  During September, earn 4 points per dollar on eBay.  MyPoints offers a lot of opportunities to earn free gift cards for a large number of different retailers, and it’s possible to do so without spending any money, but if you shop eBay this is a really good way to earn a lot of points fast.  Just join MyPoints, log in to your account, click through to eBay, and shop!  Your points will be credited automatically.
