Hey MBH…I might be missing something obvious but isn’t 80% off of a $25 certificate $5?
(I never trust my math skills though…)
Anyhow, I’m always tempted to get one of these but none of the restaurants are very close to where I live. Hopefully someone else has better luck!

Normally the $25 dining certificates are $10 apiece at Restaurant.com. The 80% off is taken off of the Restaurant.com price, so you get $25 worth of qualifying dining purchases at thousands of restaurants for only $2 with this coupon code.

I’ve used their gift certificates a few times, most of the time they’re a good deal. With some restaurants though there are a bunch of stipulations, and you end up spending more trying to meet them and are able to use the certificate, than if you just ate a normal meal.

After you complete checkout, do you print out a coupon or get a code or how does that work?

You can print the coupon immediately, after checkout. Or, you can print it later, from the link in your email confirmation letter. Just make sure you check your spam folder if you don’t see the letter right away, cause some filters might grab the letter.

PS – Today is 01/30/08 and there is currently a 70% off special runningon the site. Just enter SUPER in coupon code area at checkout. Not sure how long it runs though. I just spent $51 and bought $425 worth of gift certs. They are good for a year, so you can stock up while they are on sale.
