		<description>One thing a lot of people overlook when times get tough is their retirement contributions. I would consider it a last result but if you need the money just dial back the amount you are contributing to your 401k. Move it from 10% to your 401k to 5% and your take home is going to bump up. It may not be a ton but it is more than you had before and it is easy to change it back when things get better.</description>
