		<description>Adjustable rates mortgages seem too risky.  What happens when the feds decide to aggressively raise interest rates and a homeowner isn&#039;t able to sell?  I remember hearing horror stories a few years ago when the feds were raising rates to the tune of my mortgage payment doubled.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been contemplating refinancing our home loan and second mortgage into an ARM.  We plan on moving within 5 years, so I&#039;m not too worried about what rates will do after that.  Only thing is to crunch the numbers to see if the savings will be worth the extra fees and such for the refi.</description>
