Swagbucks back to school promotion
Tonight my wife and daughter were coloring with some of the Prismacolor art pencils that we had gotten really cheaply thanks to about $40 worth of Amazon gift certificates we had won through Swagbucks.com.
If you haven’t yet signed up for Swagbucks.com, then you can snag a little bit more if you sign up through August 15th, 2010 before midnight PDT. All you have to do is head over to Swagbucks.com and enter the code BackToSchool when you sign up. You’ll get a total of 70 Swag Bucks out of the gate. A $5 Amazon Gift Certificate is only 450 Swag Bucks, and other gifts are even less!
I do searches over at SwagBucks a few times a week, and it doesn’t take a gazillion searches before I win some Swag Bucks. I average about 10 Swag Bucks per win, but I’ve seen people win 50 Swag Bucks at a whack. And I’ve never, ever had any problems whatsoever with their codes. They deliver as promised.
So sign up with SwagBucks.com and promotional code BackToSchool to get some easy discounts just for searching the web. It’s a lively, swaggy place!

Again with the Swag Bucks. I guess this thing seems to quiet popular among blogs today. What exactly does the swag bucks do and how well is it does it work?

SwagBucks.com is mainly a search portal that pays you back in the form of “Swag Bucks” that you can redeem for various things (a.k.a. swag).
They can pay out because they make money from the advertising.
It works fine! I’ve cashed out more than $100 worth of Amazon.com gift certificates so far.
Feel free to ask more questions if you like, Tracy. Thanks for commenting!

I’ve been doing Swag Bucks for about 5 weeks, and I already have 1070 Swag Bucks. I’m not sure if I’m going to cash out for Amazon giftcards (450 Swag Bucks for $5 card) or for Paypal (700 Swag Bucks for $5 Paypal cash). The Amazon cards are a much better deal, but I don’t use Amazon that much. So I might go with Paypal.

I joined Swagbucks about a month ago and have redeemed and received $10 in Amazon gift cards. BTW, I started a blog to share insights during my journey with Swagbucks. I also share honest strategies to help people earn swag bucks. Check it out and let me know what you think by commenting on my blog. Enjoy!
@Swag Bucks Mom: I recommend Amazon.com gift cards if you plan to buy things. Otherwise, if you’re only looking for cash, then Paypal is the way to go.

I’ve been on SwagBucks for over 2 years and they have several improvements on their site. Majority of the improvements are ways to help us gain even more money.
