WANT SOME MORE CASH BACK? CLICK THROUGH!
If you shop online, you'll want to read this one. Chances are you
shop online because you weren't interested in fighting the malls
and risking dismemberment over the great deals at Wal-Mart.
I'm going to tell you about a site that would rebate up to 25%
of your online shopping purchase right back in your pocket. For
shopping at the same exact stores that you shop at now!
They're not just rebates -- they're ebates!
Ebates.com rebates up to 25% of your online shopping purchase
back in your pocket -- IN CASH -- for purchases made in over 700 stores.
And these are big names like walmart.com, amazon.com,
llbean.com.
You sign in to the site -- which is FREE to do -- click
through to the site you want to buy from, and when you've
accumulated more than five bucks in rebates, they send
you a rebate check.
It really is that easy!
I use this rebate site myself, and yes, they do send the rebate checks
and no, they don't bounce!
And, if you follow the link below, they'll start you off
with a buck in your ebates account! Free money!
All you do after that is shop online within thirty
days by clicking through to one of their merchant partners
-- which almost certainly includes some of your favorite
online stores -- earn four more bucks through your rebates, and
you get a rebate check up to four times a year.
They're splitting their affiliate commissions with you
You might be asking where
ebates.com gets paid so that they can
pay your rebate checks. It works somewhat like this:
- Ebates.com makes an affiliate agreement with, say, Officemax.com.
- Officemax pays Ebates.com 12% (say) of every purchase
that is made by customers referred to Officemax.com
through the Ebates site. Officemax is happy to do
this because Ebates is drawing business to them.
- Ebates credits a part of this commission (say, 6%)
to your Ebates account. Ebates does this to keep you
coming back through their site to shop online,
which in turn brings them more money.
Keep in mind, also, that any time you see a banner ad
or a referral on another page (like msn.com or iwon.com)
the site with the banner (msn.com or iwon.com) will get
the same commission, but they keep it all!
Point of fact: A bunch of people besides the company you
buy from make money off of your purchase. Why not keep
some online shopping money for yourself in the form of rebates?
Ebates does that for you!
Some ebates tricks after signing up
Ebates
is a professionally run company. They're not
out to screw you. Just a few details and I'm sure that
you'll be as happy with them as I am:
- Enter your contact information, with your address.
They need this to mail you your rebate check!
- Be sure that you click through ebates while signed
in to Ebates. If they don't get paid, or if they
don't know who to thank for getting them paid,
guess what? Youdon't get paid!
- Ship to the same person that is in the contact
information on the account. That is, I always
ship to John Wedding from my account.
- Wanna make sure that you get your first rebate check? Sign
someone else up (like your spouse or significant
other). This is perfectly within the rules (just
don't sign YOURSELF up again!) and you get $5 in
your ebates rebate account as long as they do something so that
they earn their $1. That's enough to get your
first rebate check!
Get over to
www.ebates.com and spend less on your online purchases now. It's FREE to sign up,
and they don't fill your inbox with spam.
